Planning Your Objectives and Defeating Procrastination

I sense as though I have wasted this year, past two years to be precise. Can you believe 2010 is coming to an end? Starting NOW, I will do my best to work hard and achieve my set goals. On many occasions, it is tough to achieve your objectives. My foremost distress and impede is PROCRASTINATION.

How can we achieve our goals without procrastinating? It is intricate not to procrastinate, if you are anything like me that is. If I have to take part in a task I do not like, I will procrastinate for hours.
In order to achieve your objectives do the follow:
• On a spreadsheet or a notepad input your goals
• Write down your short term goals followed by long term goals
• Break your long term goals into small segments, step-by-step
• Once you have constructed your detailed goals, set completion dates, for each goal, please set reasonable dates
• Keep a log, and each day note how far you have attained your goal do not get upset or dishearten if you experience a minor setback
• At the end of the day, list the tasks you have completed (each task, it does not have to relate to your goals), you will be inspired to see your completed list
I will begin to draft my goals this evening, and access each objectives. Once I have selected my goals, I will compose a hypnosis induction to help me achieve my objectives.
Blessings
